Referrals and Fees

All Child Psychology take the following referrals:

- Private/Parental referral

- Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plans (GP and Paediatrician)

- NDIS

Please note that all invoices are due on the day of appointment. Medicare rebates will be processed upon payment. NDIS and health fund claims need to be made after payment and are the responsibility of the client. 

Please be advised that any cancellations made on the day of your scheduled session will incur the full session fee. Between 24-48 hours notice – the cancellation fee is charged at 50% of the usual session fee. 

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so prior to 48 hours to avoid any charges.

Cancellation fees do not attract a Medicare or insurance rebate. NDIS client cancellation policy is in line with NDIA guidelines and subject to change based upon NDIA adjustments.
